"When execution is so fast, understanding what you're doing becomes more important. You can go in the wrong direction so quickly." I love this reminder from @karrisaarinen (CEO @Linear). It's easy to spin up 10 agents to go in 10 directions. But the fundamentals matter more now than ever: → Who are you building for? → What problem are you solving? → What's your product vision? To build something valuable, both your human and agent teams need a shared understanding of the above.
