A great thing about AI is we’re just cranking through all of the “p2 features that would be really helpful but always fall behind the strategic p1s.” The list of long tail small wins that individually help 10-20% of your users that are hard to justify the time allocation on before can finally get done. Was reviewing a set of features yesterday that will help only a small segment of power users that we’d never be able to prioritize before, but finally can just have agents go and work on and review at the end. Everyone wins with this, and ironically makes me want to hire more engineers, not fewer, to work on this stuff. You should expect all of your vendors to just be adding tons of value in this form over time.
